Long Quarter (Spring Term) 2026 commences on Tuesday 6th January until Friday 20th March inclusive.
The Half Term Exeat break commences on Saturday 14th February to Sunday 22nd February inclusive.
Cricket Quarter (Summer Term) 2026 commences on Tuesday 14th April until Saturday 27th June inclusive.
The Half Term Exeat break commences on Saturday 23rd May to Sunday 31st May inclusive.

Please Note: We have an underground pipe at the edge of the grounds being repaired. You may see workmen or equipment on or around the Golf course. Please take care whilst on the golf course that the hole you are playing is clear before taking your shot.

Important Course Membership Update
We are pleased to confirm that Charterhouse Golf Course has now received its Course Rating™ from England Golf. All the details of the Competition, Men’s and Women’s Tee sets have now been uploaded onto the USGA rating system and onto the WHS™ platform.
Please see link below with details on how to use the World Handicap System. (WHS) via the My EG App.
You will also be required to maintain your affiliation to both England Golf and Surrey Golf as per the requirement from England Golf. Further details can be found using the links below. Please note that the deadline to complete your affiliations (if not already affiliated) is Friday 4th April 2025.

We are in the process of transferring all golf members onto the WHS system. Ensure you have collected your online WHS membership number from Reception. If you have any questions, please contact CustomerSupport@charterhouseclub.co.uk
Administration
The Honorary Secretary is Alan Elliott, Leisure Club Manager.
There is a separate Match, Competition and Handicap Committee which arranges matches and competitions during weekends and School holidays and administers the Club’s own internal handicap system.
